Mr. Len Perkins Advised that the bank was aware of this litigation - has been asking questions and will make their own determinations. They have had an opportunity to review the situ- ation. Their c.ounsel assunes: the Colorado Court will interpret that the City's ordin- ance is consistent with the intended use. Mr. Perkins wished to correct Attorney Rau- tenstraus on the wording Industrial Revenue Bonds should read Industrial Revenue Notes. Councilwoman Morris Also stated she had heard a rumor that the reason their company wished to locate on the Mesa was so that they could have some kind of transmission tower to transmit to their facility in Colorado Springs. She asked if there was an basis to this and what would it be? Mr. Perkins replied he had no knowledge of this - they are already transmitting off the RCA satellite, which is a small dish.
