<br />"l!:GULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />SEPTEMBER 7, 1982 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Norbert Meier <br />called the meeting to order at 7:32 P.M. M.D.S.T. There being present at <br />the call of the roll the following persons: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: John Leary, Michael Cussen, Susan Morris, <br />Donald Curmnings, Dennis Ferrera and Herman Fauson <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />William Hesson, City Treasurer <br />John Rupp, Director of Cormnunity Development <br />August Hioco, Director of Cormnunity Services <br />David Blanchard, City Engineer <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant <br />Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Councilwoman Morris noted a typographical <br />error "gasses" should read grasses. Council <br />then approved the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of August 17, 1982 as corrected. <br /> <br />ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that the items enclosed ~e accepted <br />and brought up under the proper nead of <br />business. Question called for. All in <br />favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />THE DEPOT - LIQUOR LICENSE <br />RENEWAL <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the <br />application was in order and each council- <br />member had a copy of the police incident <br />report. <br />Councilman Cussen cormnented he did not feel <br />the incident report was excessive - averaged <br />about 3 a month and felt it was considerably <br />more than the other bars in the City; re- <br />quested Direc:tor Leesman give a report. <br />Leesman advised the owners of the Depot are <br />doing what is required by the Liquor Code <br />by calling hi.s department when there is a <br />disturbance. He further cormnented two of <br />the incidents were domestic disturbances, <br />and it was his feeling the owners were very <br />cooperative about calling the police. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Curmnings <br />seconded that The Depot's liquor license <br />be renewed. Question called for. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
