<br />Councilwoman Morris <br /> <br />AUTHORIZATION FOR MAYOR <br />TO SIGN THE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />CEDARWOOD SUBDIVISION <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />AMENDMENT - TABLED <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF CITY ADMINIS- <br />TRATOR' S REPORT <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS & COMMITTEE <br />REPORTS <br />Councilman Fauson <br /> <br />9/7/82 <br /> <br />Page -12- <br /> <br />Inquired where the $30,000.00 would come <br />from the budget. <br />Wurl's reply-the water rights fund. <br /> <br />Discussion by council with members feeling <br />pressure to make a decision this evening <br />to meet the deadline for the EIS study. <br />Concern was expressed also about the cost <br />of 1% of the project to supply 2,000 acre <br />feet of water. The estimated cost for the <br />City would be $5,100.00 per acre feet, but <br />would not be the total figure as this has <br />not yet been determined. Wurl advised the <br />estimated figure for the Gross Reservoir <br />water project would be 1.6 million dollars. <br /> <br />Councilman Cussen moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that the Mayor be authorized to <br />sign the Denver Water Board agreement for <br />Louisville to participate in the EIS study. <br /> <br />Administrator Wurl advised that Council would <br />have two other opportunities to consider the <br />ultimate participation in the total project. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Cummings <br />seconded Cedarwood Subdivision Agreement Amend- <br />ment be tabled till next meeting. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cummings <br />seconded that the City Administrator's report <br />be accepted and placed on file. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Requested that provision be made in sub- <br />division agreements relative to trash and <br />weeds being removed from all the lots being <br />developed. A problem has developed with <br />private contractors being asked to cut the <br />weeds on these lots because of debris thrown <br />on them by developers i.e. cement, etc. <br />Rautenstraus and Rupp stated a standard clause <br />could be incorporated in the subdivision agree- <br />ment to alleviate this problem. <br />
