<br />APPROVAL OF THE AMENDMENTS <br />TO ORDINANCE #769 <br /> <br />MOTION TO ADOPT ORDINANCE <br />#769 <br /> <br />Councilwoman Morris <br /> <br />MOTION TO SEPARATE COMMERCIAL <br />AND OFFICE ZONING <br /> <br />DEFEATED <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE - ORDINANCE <br />41769 AS AMENDED <br /> <br />9/7/82 <br /> <br />Page -4- <br /> <br />Rupp further advised there is a problem <br />between the time the mailing lists are pro- <br />vided and should the property change hands <br />and has not been placed on the tax records. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Leary <br />seconded that the amendments to Ordinance <br />#769 be adopted. Question called for. <br />6 Ayes - 1 Nay. Mayor Meier dissenting. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cummings <br />seconded that Ordinance #769 - Subdivision <br />and Zoning Code Changes as amended be adopted. <br /> <br />Expressed concern that Office Zoning was in- <br />cluded with Commercial Zoning. She felt per- <br />sonally that it was important to separate <br />Commerical and Office zoning, since Director <br />Rupp stated it would not make a difference. <br />Director Rupp stated that basically land <br />uses are kept in 3 categories - agritultural, <br />housing, and commercial, and it would not <br />pose a problem with his department, but may <br />be confusing to the developer. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Leary <br />seconded that Commercial Zoning be separated <br />into P.D.D. Commercial and P.D.D. Office and <br />P.D.D. Residential and P.D.D.
