<br />vouncilman Cussen <br />Aquarius <br /> <br />Councilwoman Morris <br /> <br />Mayor Meier <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson <br /> <br />Mayor Meier <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />A~PROVAL OF THE BILLS <br /> <br />6/15/82 <br /> <br />Page -16- <br /> <br />Inquired if Council would be getting an <br />up-date soon on Aquarius. <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that he was <br />approximately half through with this. <br /> <br />Wished the status of the issue regarding <br />the 300' notification pertinent to sub- <br />divisions or whatever changes i.e. special <br />review uses, etc. Inquired if anyone had <br />a report on this. <br />Director Rupp reported that a number of <br />Code change proposals will be presented at <br />the Planning Commission meeting. Rupp also <br />stated they had not intended to deal with <br />this portion of the code - had planned to <br />deal with subdivisions, and the planning <br />and development section, but he and Attorney <br />Rautenstraus would add this to their list. <br />Rupp did remind everyone that it was costly, <br />postage amounted to approximately $200 - $300. <br />Councilwoman Morris to get with Rupp on <br />the various applications. <br /> <br />Commented on the Colorado Municipal League <br />convention - those attending will be re- <br />ceiving an expenditure check which covers <br />mileage and per diem allowable within the <br />City Personnel Code; if anyone overexpends <br />that amount, they will be required to send <br />in an expense form with the Finance Dept. <br />If they do not spend the entire amount, <br />please return it to the City. <br /> <br />Commented this evening we came up with a <br />policy and procedure type thing when <br />Councilman Cummings made the motion <br />to accept Resolution #22, Fauson seconded, <br />then Councilman Cussen moved to table the <br />Resolution. He felt councilmembers have <br />a study session and set up rules and re- <br />gulations pertaining to this. <br /> <br />Requested that books on the "Conduct of <br />Meetings" be provided all councilmembers and <br />after their review formally adopt it. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilwoman Morris <br />seconded that the council comments be ac- <br />cepted and placed on file. Question called <br />for. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Chief Accountant Caranci read the bills in <br />the amount of $82,077.42. Councilman Cummings <br />
