'- W?9.se sub- <br />ject matters that had been discussed dealt with the landscapi.ng:plan, <br />phase II improvements to South Boulder Road, dedication of the open space,etc. <br />as outlined in the subdivision agreement. That agreement has been included <br />and it has been signed by the developers and submitted to the City Council, <br />as a part of the plat requirements. In addition to that they have supplied <br />Exhibit A which details the costs of some o.f~the improvements which <br />they are required to do. It also includes the fact that we have a separate <br /> <br />agreement that addresses the issue of landscaping, etc. and the surety <br /> <br />bond that they will put up for thOse types of improvements. This evening <br />what is basically before the Council and has been before the Planning <br />Commission is the matter of the subdivision plat, and that is what has' been <br /> <br />reviewed. The' recommendation of the Planning Commission was for approval - <br /> <br />df the plat. They did request that some conditions be pl..aced on their <br />1.pproval, and it was included in Resolution 1120- Series 1'982_. The. first <br />condition placed on it was that there be joint access with Neodata and <br /> <br />LDS Church property which is to the east, but divided by a 75' ft. pu1i1:fc'; \ <br />
