This is to be explored as fully as possible and be im- <br />plemented insofaras possible and be placed in the subdivision agreement <br />if joint access could be worked out, and that is in the agreement. <br />The second aspect included in their approval indicated that they would <br />like to highlight the agreement as pertains to the road improvements <br />which are to occur on or before June 15th, 1983. That was the date, as <br /> <br />you recall, that the Council did approve when they approved the LDS Church, <br /> <br />when they approved their subdivision special review use of those street <br /> <br />improvements. <br /> <br />The las,t point - they r-requested that City Council review the good <br />faith effort that Neodata has made with the neighborhood associations re- <br />lating'tb landscaping prior to approval. The feeling that I interpreted <br />meeting <br />from the last/that we had with area residents and the people in attendance <br />was that they believe that Neodata and the developer have made a very <br /> <br />good attempt in resolving some of their concerns relative to landscaping. <br /> <br />With that Planning Commission did recommend approval of the plat. The plat <br /> <br />meets all the technical requirements of the subdivision ordinances and <br /> <br />recommendation is for approval. <br />Mayor Meier - John, Thank you very much.
