The subdivision agreement is <br />with the current property owner - B.S.C.S. As part of the process and <br />as part of the discussions that have been held with the property owners <br />and the applicant and Neodata in this case, Neodata has provided a <br /> <br />separate agreement to the City relative to landscaping improvements and <br /> <br />they have stated - just to run thru it quickly - that they agree to go <br />ahead and bascially do landscaping improvements as set forth in Exhibit A <br /> <br />which has been provided to Council and which has been provided to the <br />~egotiating committee. They agree to spend at least $160,000.00 on the <br /> <br />landscaping.
