It appears that the issues in the subdivision thing with the exception of attachment A and some of the concerns in terms of how we are going to work out the agreements and a separate agreement, are things that the public needsto be aware of. It seems that if they have the knowledge of what we are going to do, their comments might be more pointed or more directed at our action. Meier - That would probably be more appropriate; hopefully by now, with the Planning Commission process having gone thru, they hopefully know what the subdivision plat is about, but if Curt would go ahead and ex- plain that and what the action is that the Council is taking tonight, I would appreciate it. Then we will start with you, Mr. MaImer. Curt:As.atuthe Planning Commission's meeting, tonight's resolution only ieals with the subdivision plat - which is really what one of the docu- ments - the document which is up on the wall there; and there are cer- tain technical requirements which must be met. However the plat itself, and the subdivision does not deal specifically with the use of the property. That is more of a zoning question. Meier: And I think also just add that along with the resolution adopted by the Planning Commission, I think that you have to deal with those 3 or try to deal with those 3 items - the conditions. About the joint access, the road improvements - the date of that and that Neodata has worked with the neighbors.
