Page -7-
frankly I think it is a little silly. I think all the discussions about

landscaping between the residents of Davidson Mesa and Neodata and who

ever else - you know. All those discussions are going on for just one

reason. It is because everybody knows that Neodata plans to put a huge

office complex in the subdivision that is before the Council. Why

should we go on playing games about the subdivision when really the issue

is what is going in that property. A development like Neodata plans up
there just doesn't belong smack dab in the middle of several residential
subdivisions, and everybody knows that. I think that the people that

are really for this, or probably for it is because Neodata represents

clean industry for Louisville with good tax revenues. I'm for that too,

but a development of this type belongs in an industrial park. Not in
a residential subdivision. And uh I would strongly urge, not only the

Council turn down this subdivision plat, but also uh come out as indi-

viduals, if necessary, come out strongly in opposition to this whole de-

velopment. I mean it just doesn't belong up there on the Mesa. I wasn't

sure in the discussions of the legalisms whether uh - whether zoning is

part of this or not. It also appears to me that the development of this
type neither meets the spirit nor the letter of the zoning regulations,
City
with all due respect to the/Planning Commission and the City Attorney.

Thank You.

Meier: Thank you Mr. MaImer. (Applause from the audience).

The next person is Steve - and I'm not sure of the first letter

of your name.

(From the audience - Y). Yatchak - o.k. I wasn't sure if

it was an Lor what it was - please step up to the podium Steve and state

Jour name and address.

Yatchak: My name is Steve Yatchak, live at 1091 Azure Wary, right be-
