ORDINANCE_iF764 - INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONDS - ASPEN GREENS PUBLICATION AUTHORIZED ZSOLUTION #21 - CEDARWOOD rARK - PLAT AND P.U.D. Councilman Fauson CO Issuance 6/1/82 Page -5- It was his feeling that there was some debate as to whether all the money trans- ferred in the past was actually to cover sewer fees, and it varied by several thousand dollars every year; therefore he felt it would be more appropriate if it was identified. Question called for on motion to publish Ordinance # 763. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. Each member of Council had a copy of the Ordinance before him. Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance by title only and the request was for Council's authorization to publish it. Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Cussen seconded that Ordinance #764 - Industrial Revenue Bonds - Aspen Greens be published. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. Attorney Rautenstraus read the resolution in its entirety. Director Rupp gave a slide presentation of the project. Location south of Hutchinson St., zoned RL, amended PUD calls for 22 single family dwellings and 22 townhouse units, on site drainage detention will be required, as well as extension and improvements to streets. At the time of the 12th CO all fire hydrants must be located, and when development goes north of West St. Jefferson Ave. must be com- pleted. Also, the street improvements must be completed by June, 1983. Inquired if th~ Fire Marshall had approved the 20' access to the townhouse apartments. Rupp advised that the Fire Marshall attended the referral meeting held for all departments and did not express any concerns. The Fire Marshall did request that no parking signs be posted in that area to insure they would have unobstructed access. Councilman Fauson inquired when CO's are issued - was it prior to improvements? Rupp advised CO's are issued in compliance
