He suggested that
he would like to have a session with the
Auditors to review it.
Administrator Wur1 advised that ti.neiL<;J;ud!iJ.tl had
been received and he would set up an appoint-
ment with the auditors for a work session.

COMMUNITY GOALS FORM

Leary felt that there were some items he
did not fully understand to set a priority
and would like to discuss this at a work
session also.
Administrator Wur1 advised he would be happy
to meet with the counci1members who did
not return their forms, as he would like
to include these in the Capital Improvements
section of the budget.

Councilman Cussen
Water Truck

Wished to have information as to the status
of the water truck.

Councilwoman Morris
Oil Well Drilling

Commented on the procedures for field veri-
fying drilling activities within the City,
she wished to express her appreciation to
John Lanterman for his work on this - it
was great. Her question was does the re-
vegitating of the returning of the site
to the original grade, include any dirt
roads that have been put in just for access
while they were getting the drilling started?
Director Rupp advised that it did.

Councilwoman Morris stated regarding the
ordinance that sets the 300' limit when the
notification letters are sent out when the
subdivision, or plat process is going on,
she would like to request that that 300'
limit be extended, i.e. 500'. It has been
pointed out to her on a number of issues
that the limit is not adequate. Perhaps
where a lot of subdividing, but no building
is being proposed, this is not necessary;
but when there is building that is proposed,
it was her feeling that more of an area
needs to be taken into account.
