Second category to <br />read $ ,O~ to $2,000 as included in the <br />ordinance~ Question called for on the change. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Referred to page 2 of the ordinance - Wood <br />Frame Dwelling Valuation - Basic Structure <br />inquired if this was $42.00 per sq. ft. <br />The reply was yes. <br /> <br />Councilman Leary moved, Councilman Cummings <br />seconded Ordinance #761 - Building and <br />Mechanical Permit Fees be published as <br />amended. <br /> <br />Inquired if the fee had to be changed on <br />page 3 - $1.00 to $500. <br />Wurl advised no - this was a plumbing fee. <br /> <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried u.nanimously. <br /> <br />Councilma.n Fauson moved, Councilwoman Morris <br />seconded that the City Attorney's report be <br />accepted and placed on file. Question called <br />for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Councilman Leary inquired if there was <br />going to be a Spring clean-up this year? <br /> <br />Suggested that Director Hioco advise residents <br />what will be picked up. i.e. branches, vege- <br />tation, etc. - exclude junk cars, refrigerators, <br />large trE~es. <br />
