4/20/82 Page -5- APPROVAL Councilman Cummings moved, Councilman Fauson seconded the Boulder Valley Pow Wow be granted a 3.2% Beer Liquor License. Roll call Vote: YES: Morris, Cummings, Meier, Ferrera, Fauson NO: Cussen, Leary Motion carried 5-2. HAMMER ~UBDIVISION REQUEST Director Rupp felt it was not a good policy of the City to waive subdivison improve- ments as it creates problems in the future. Lew Hammer, 600 Bella Vista Dr. Each counci1member had a copy of his re- quest. Hr. Hammer stated since utilities were approximately one-half from his property it was not economically feasible to make the required improvements for the one acre site he intended to purchase from Dick Ferguson at 104th and Dillon Road. ~ounci1man Leary Remarked the last time Council granted a similar request, it was granted on the condition that if subdivision occurred then the improvements would be provided. Administrator Wur1 commented in the pre- vious instance if they subdivided beyond what they were contemplating at that time; the other factor was if utilities were within a given distance they would tie on to them. Mr. Harmner advised it was a one lot sub- divisionJ1 consisting of approximately 1 acre. APPROVAL Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Leary seconded Lew Hammer's request to waive the subdivision improvements be granted.
