<br />3/2/82 <br /> <br />Page -15- <br /> <br />Councilman Cummings <br /> <br />Remarked, being a past member of the Plan- <br />ning Commission, he too felt more consider- <br />ation should be given to concerns they ex- <br />press. <br /> <br />DRCOG <br /> <br />Councilman Leary remarked that Hayor Meier <br />had asked for direction from the Council <br />on the DRCOG presentation, and it was his <br />assumption a vote would be taken before <br />the next council meeting. <br />Mayor Meier advised this would take place <br />after the next council meeting and would <br />ask that it be placed on the next agenda. <br /> <br />Executive Session <br /> <br />Councilman Leary requested an executive <br />session after the meeting to discuss the <br />status of the Biella lawsuit and a personnel <br />matter. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson <br /> <br />Inquired if a reply had been received from <br />Simmons on the fire lane parking in Village <br />Square shopping center. <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised he had not <br />received any response; however he did dis- <br />cuss the matter with him and Hr. Simmons <br />said he would respond in writing. <br /> <br />Signal Light <br /> <br />Asked Engineer Blanchard what the status <br />was on the signal light on South Boulder <br />Road and Main St. <br />Blanchard advi.sed Centennial Engineering <br />are working on it - have reviewed the <br />alignment on the medians to make sure they <br />are in conformance with the signal alignment. <br />They have met with the railroad on a pre- <br />liminary basis regarding permits - a sketch <br />plan was being developed and hopefully will <br />have more information by the next meeting. <br /> <br />Directed his next inquiry to Director Hioco, <br />would he please advise the swimmers this <br />summer to not use the new furniture in <br />the Community Building, which was donated <br />to the Senior Citizens this evening. <br />
