All in <br />favor. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Councilman Cummings moved, Councilman Fauson <br />seconded the City Administrator's report <br />be accepted and placed on file. All in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Reported that he had been contacted by <br />some citizens and he had spoken to Art <br />Tanner of Boulder Corrrrnunity Hospital about <br />the need to establish a group to do the <br />necessary planning for the Medical Center <br />they are planning to build. The concerns <br />of the citizens were, without proper plan- <br />ning, the desi.gn of the building would not <br />meet the needs of the two corrrrnunitiies. <br />He suggested t'\vO representatives from <br />Louisville, two from Lafayette, represen- <br />tatives from Boulder County, and the Health <br />Dept., etc. meet with Art Tanner to iden- <br />tify what the function of such a planning <br />group might be. Suggested Administrator <br />Wurl contact Lafayette about the concept <br />and if they are agreeable get the meeting <br />set up with Art Tanner. <br /> <br />Councilman Leary moved, Mayor Meier seconded <br />Administrator Wurl contact Lafayette to set <br />up a meeting between Lafayette officials, <br />Louisville officials and Corrrrnunity Hospital <br />to initia.te this planning process. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried <br />6-0. <br />Mayor Meier and Councilman Leary requested <br />the meeting be set for a Monday evening as <br />they would like to attend. <br /> <br />Referred to the Aspen Greens Final Plat <br />and P.U.D. plan approved by Council a few <br />weeks ago, it was his feeling that council- <br />members give more consideration to the <br />recommendations of planning corrrrnission with <br />conditions. He did not feel the conditions <br />were addressed individually by Council. <br />
