<br />. ~GULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 16, 1982 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main St., Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called the <br />meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.S.T. There being present at the call of the <br />roll the following persons: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: <br /> <br />John Leary, Michael Cussen, Susan Morris, <br />Don Cummings, Dennis Ferrera, and Herman <br />Fauson <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br /> <br />Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />William Hesson, City Treasurer <br />John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br />August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />David Blanchard, City Engineer <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant <br />John Lanterman, Plarmer <br />Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF THE MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Meier and council approved the min- <br />utes of the regular meeting of February 2, <br />1982 as presented. <br /> <br />EMS ENCLOSED <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded the items enclosed be accepted and <br />brought up under the proper head of business. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />SEADERS LIQUORS <br />TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised the application <br />was in order and council had the option of <br />approving the application without a public <br />hearing - cOLmcil must have reviewed the <br />the fitness of the applicant for the transfer. <br /> <br />Noted that on the invidual history forms - <br />Gary Lee and Teri Lee were listed at 50% <br />each as owners; also Shirlee Boggio was listed <br />as 50% owner. Attorney Rautenstraus advised <br />the 50% designated to Shirlee Boggio was <br />in error, thi.s could be corrected and council <br />could still pass on the application this <br />evening. Ms. Boggio was acting as secretary <br />of the corporation. <br /> <br />Councilman Leary <br /> <br />Gary Lee <br /> <br />The applicant for the transfer of ownership <br />verified Ms. Boggio did not own any stock <br />in the corporation, it was an error. <br />
