. ~GULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL FEBRUARY 16, 1982 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main St., Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.S.T. There being present at the call of the roll the following persons: COUNCILMEMBERS: John Leary, Michael Cussen, Susan Morris, Don Cummings, Dennis Ferrera, and Herman Fauson ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney William Hesson, City Treasurer John Rupp, Director of Community Development August Hioco, Director of Community Services David Blanchard, City Engineer Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant John Lanterman, Plarmer Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk ACCEPTANCE OF THE MINUTES Mayor Meier and council approved the min- utes of the regular meeting of February 2, 1982 as presented. EMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera seconded the items enclosed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. SEADERS LIQUORS TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP Attorney Rautenstraus advised the application was in order and council had the option of approving the application without a public hearing - cOLmcil must have reviewed the the fitness of the applicant for the transfer. Noted that on the invidual history forms - Gary Lee and Teri Lee were listed at 50% each as owners; also Shirlee Boggio was listed as 50% owner. Attorney Rautenstraus advised the 50% designated to Shirlee Boggio was in error, thi.s could be corrected and council could still pass on the application this evening. Ms. Boggio was acting as secretary of the corporation. Councilman Leary Gary Lee The applicant for the transfer of ownership verified Ms. Boggio did not own any stock in the corporation, it was an error.
