The City Council hereby approves the sale and conveyance from the City of <br />Louisville to the County of Boulder of a fifty percent undivided fee interest in the Admor West <br />Parcel described in Exhibit A attached hereto, and hereby approves of the exchange by the City and <br />County of reciprocal conservation easements over the Admor West Parcel. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The sale and conveyance of a fee interest, and the exchange of reciprocal <br />conservation easements, shall be upon the terms and conditions set forth in that certain <br />Intergovernmental Agreement between the City and County, which Agreement was approved by <br />City Council Resolution No. 30, Series 1999, and which terms and conditions are incorporated <br />herein by reference as though set forth in full. <br /> <br /> Section 3. If any portion of this ordinance is held to be invalid for any reason, such <br />decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance.
