COUNCIL COMMENTS Councilman Fauson Councilman Cummings Mayor Meier ACCEPTANCE OF COUNCIL COMMENTS Administrator Wurl ADJOURNMENT 1/11/82 Page -7- Councilman Fauson stated he enjoyed work- ing with the previous council members. It was a learning experience and he thanked the gentlemen for that. Welcomed all members of the new Council. He looked fODNard to working them - thought they would have a good working relationship. Sincerely thanked all voters of Ward II for reaffirming their position and his position. Thanks all members of both past members of Council and Planning Commission. They have shown it has been a very profitable group over the past years. He has learned a great deal from them. It was his opinion that the next two years will perhaps be the most formative years in our economic future. He sincerely hoped that all the conflict both civil and per- sonal that any of us might have had can be resolved or dropped and get busy on the real business that is at hand, which is the well being of the citizens of Louisville in the future. Thanked all the gentlemen sincerely who were on the previous council, and welcomed all new council members and members of the Boards of COTImlissions appointed this evening. Looked forward to working with everyone. Councilman Cun~ings moved that the Council Comments be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. Stated on behalf of the Staff he wished to welcome the new council and Mayor. A last good-bye to the outgoing members. We look forward to the opportunity to work with the new members and as Councilman Cum- mings stated - always in the best interests of Louisville. Councilman Fauson moved that the meeting be adjourned. Seconded by Councilman Cummings. All in favor. Motion carried. Meeting ad- journed at 8:25 P.M.
