Motion carried <br />6-0. <br /> <br />City Clerk Mudrock appointed Joy McClard <br />as Deputy City Clerk. <br /> <br />Councilman Cunwings moved that Lawrence <br />Enrietto be nominated as Municipal Judge. <br />Seconded by Councilman Leary. <br /> <br />Councilman Cussen submitted the name of <br />Dale as nomination for Municipal Judge. <br />Seconded by Councilman Fauson. <br /> <br />Councilman Leary stated Dale Johnson was <br />a very capable~ man. but he felt we had a <br />very stable situation with Judge Enrietto <br />and he is doing a capable job and it was <br />his opinion he should be reappointed. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Horris moved that <br />ations be closed.
