Kahan <br />and the Homart people have been planning and <br />attempting to achieve. Being in the financial <br />and mortage business he can appreciate the <br />commitment that they are making with the 5.1 <br />million dollars. From the outset Hr. Kahan <br />stated he was interested in doing the Commer- <br />cial aspect of the plan and basically extended <br />to me a first right of refusal on the purchase <br />and all development of residential sites to <br />be developed in the Centennial Valley annex- <br />ation. They certainly are in support of the <br />proj ect. <br />
