<br />11/17/81 <br /> <br />Page -4- <br /> <br />Councilman Meier <br /> <br />Remarked he tended to agree with Council- <br />man Cummings with the exception that if <br />a limited number of 20 was included in the <br />ordinance; used Cottonwood Park as an example, <br />there might be 5 separate functions totaling <br />100 people. Therefore it was his opinion <br />that the exclusive park permit would be <br />sufficient. He also remarked if the parties <br />using the parks cleaned them up, the fee <br />would be returned. <br /> <br />Question on the motion. 3 Ayes - 1 Nay <br />Councilman Cummings dissenting. Motion <br />carried 3-1. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #27 - STORAGE <br />TECHNOLOGY CORP. PUD AMEND- <br />MENT <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the resolution <br />in its entirety and each member of council <br />had a copy before him. <br /> <br />ADOPTION <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Resolution <br />#27 - Storage Technology Corp. P.U.D. <br />Amendment be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />Cummings. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier <br /> <br />Was of the op1n10n the 110' radio trans- <br />mission tower should be lighted. <br />Director Rupp stated the tower would not be <br />lighted and showed council pictures of it <br />that had been provided by Jim Graham of STC. <br /> <br />Councilman Cummings <br /> <br />Inquired if the law required that the tower <br />be lighted. <br />Director Rupp advised no if it were over 120' <br />it would have to be lighted. <br /> <br />Question called for on the motion. All in <br />favor. Hotion carried 4-0. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #28 - TETON ENGERGY <br />CO. - SPECIAL USE REVIEW Tabled. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #29 - FINAL PLAT <br />AND P.U.D. HERITAGE SUBDIVISION Tabled. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF THE <br />REPORT <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S <br />Councilman Fauson moved that the City Attorney's <br />Report be accepted and placed on file. <br />Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />
