Also that <br />it is rather difficult when information is <br />provided the night of the meeting on various <br />council items to review it properly. <br />Administrator Wurl advised that Thrusday <br />evening before Council meetings is the <br />deadline, but it had been stretched; and <br />we will endeavor to meet it. <br /> <br />Advised tomorrow evening is DRCOG's meeting, <br />and public hearing on the City's plan amend- <br />ments and he was wondering if someone from <br />the City staff would be attending with him. <br />Director Rupp would be there also. <br /> <br />Remarked that Storer Cable TV had been <br />boring beneath these two streets and they <br />have left speed bumps in Lafayette and <br />Harper Streets - east of Via Appia. <br />Engineer Blanchard advised that Ken Huson <br />of the Engineering Dept. and Lawrence <br />Rickman of the Street Dept. went out with <br />a clip board of the area where Storer has <br />been working, and they were given a punch <br />list of repairs to be completed. <br /> <br />Hoved that these vacancies be advertised~aswel1 <br />as ads for the Municipal Judge and City <br />Attorney. Seconded by Councilman Fauson. <br /> <br />Remarked in his opinion if the current <br />Attorney and Judge were intended to be re- <br />appointed, fees for advertising could be <br />saved. <br /> <br />Suggested that Councilman Meier discuss <br />this with Administrator Wurl; in his opinion <br />it was not a council decision. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved that the council <br />comments be accepted and placed on file. <br />Seconded by Councilman Cwnmings. Question <br />called for. All in favor. l'1otion carried. <br />
