REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL OCTOBER 20, 1981 Mayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.D.S.T. with the following Council members present: Fauson, Cummings, DelPizzo, Heier and Domenico. Also present were: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Rautenstraus, City Treasurer Hesson, Director of Community Development Rupp, Director of Community Services Hioco, City Engineer Blanchard, Police Chief Leesman, Chief Accountant Caranci, Planner Lanterman and Acting City Clerk l1udrock. Absent: Councilman Brown. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Caranci and council approved the minutes of the regular meeting of October 6, 1981 as presented. ITEl1S ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved that the items enclosed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Councilman Heier. All in favor. Hotion carried ,. COUNCIL ITEMS BLUE PARROT LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL APPROVAL Councilman Domenico moved that the Blue Parrot Liquor License be renewed. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. COLACCI'S LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL APPROVAL Attorney Rautenstraus advised the application was in order. Councilman Domenico moved that Colacci's liquor license be renewed. Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. OLD LOUISVILLE INN LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL APPROVAL Attornev Rautenstraus advised the applica- tion wa~ in order. Councilman Fauson moved that the Old Louis- ville Inn liquor license be renewed. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. SAFEWAY STORES LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL APPROVAL Attorney Rautenstraus advised the applicaion was in ~)rder. Councilman Domenico moved that Safeway Stores liquor license be renewed. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried.
