TONY'S PLACE LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL APPROVAL Incident Reports AMERICAN LEGION SPECIAL EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE SET DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING JANDREAU REQUEST - TEMPORARY USE PERMIT DENIAL TREE BOARD APPOINTMENT Bernie Becker 10/20/81 Page -2- Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the application was in order. Councilman Fauson moved that Tony's Place liquor license be renewed. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. Councilman Meier expressed his appreciation to Police Chief Leesman for the incident reports on liquor establishments. Attorney Rautenstraus advised the application was in order. Councilman Domenico moved that the American Legion Special Events license be accepted and the public hearing be set for the next regular Council meeting. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Question called for. All in favor. Hotion carried. Director Rupp advised that at Council's request Mr. Jandreau was to again meet with the Planning Commission. Jandreau did not show up for the meeting, and since the first intent of the application had changed it was staff's recommendation that the request be denied. Hayor Caranci advised this was a continued public hearing on the request. Discussion as to the change of urgency of the original application in August and the fact that the applicant did not attend the meeting, as well as not setting a precedent for occupancy of campers-denial seemed a.ppropriate in this instance. Mayor Ca.ranci closed the public hearing. Councilman Fauson moved that the Jandreau temporary use permit be denied. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. Mayor Caranci stated he spoke with Director Hioco and read the applications of desire to serve - then appointed Bernie Becker, who was present at the meeting, to be the new member of the Tree Board.
