Seconded by <br />Councilman Meier. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier expressed his appreciation <br />to Police Chief Leesman for the incident <br />reports on liquor establishments. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised the application <br />was in order. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the American <br />Legion Special Events license be accepted <br />and the public hearing be set for the next <br />regular Council meeting. Seconded by <br />Councilman DelPizzo. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Hotion carried. <br /> <br />Director Rupp advised that at Council's <br />request Mr. Jandreau was to again meet <br />with the Planning Commission. Jandreau <br />did not show up for the meeting, and since <br />the first intent of the application had <br />changed it was staff's recommendation that <br />the request be denied. <br /> <br />Hayor Caranci advised this was a continued <br />public hearing on the request. <br />Discussion as to the change of urgency <br />of the original application in August <br />and the fact that the applicant did not <br />attend the meeting, as well as not setting <br />a precedent for occupancy of campers-denial <br />seemed a.ppropriate in this instance. <br />Mayor Ca.ranci closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved that the Jandreau <br />temporary use permit be denied. Seconded <br />by Councilman DelPizzo. Question called <br />for. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci stated he spoke with Director <br />Hioco and read the applications of desire <br />to serve - then appointed Bernie Becker, <br />who was present at the meeting, to be the <br />new member of the Tree Board. <br />
