Two or three appeals were submitted and must be
reviewed by the County attorney's office before the notice to proceed with
the contract can happen. We hope any Hoping delay is limited to a few
weeks with debris removal done by early to mid July.
o The jurisdictions are still working on the PPDR prioritization map
o Working on how to approach the private insurance revenue piece of
PPDR.
o Still missing about 30 right -of -entry forms; contacting these homeowners
individually.
o Working to address the retaining walls that were damaged. Engineers and
contractors are working on how to address debris removal around those
walls and if stabilization is needed. We are looking for State funding and
will need to discuss this process with the neighboring property owners.
City of Louisville
City Council 749 Main Street Louisville CO 80027
303.335.4536 (phone) 303.335.4550 (fax) www.LouisvilleCO.gov
