Caleb Dickinson <br />Councilmember Deb Fahey <br />Councilmember Chris Leh <br />Councilmember Maxine Most <br />Staff Present: Jeff Durbin, City Manager <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />City Manager Durbin gave an update on fire recovery. <br />• Personal Property Debris Removal (PPDR) continues to be a priority. <br />o We are working on an intergovernmental agreement with Boulder County <br />and Superior to the project. <br />o The County is working through the appeals process and we hope it only <br />slows down the project by a few weeks. <br />o The contractor us gearing up to be ready when the notice to proceed is <br />issued. <br />o There is a debris removal meeting tomorrow night hosted by Boulder <br />County. This is for those people opting in to the coordinated removal <br />process. <br />• Staff is changing the website to focus on recovery and rebuild information. <br />• We have gotten some help reviewing communications to give us some advice on <br />any changes to make. <br />• We are investigating an event in the next few of weeks for a way to come <br />together across the communities thank all the jurisdictions that have helped us. <br />• Reopening the dog off leash area on Davidson Mesa is a priority.
