Caleb Dickinson <br />Staff Present: Jeff Durbin, City Manager <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />City Manager Durbin gave an update on fire recovery. <br />Soil testing has been completed at various public properties and all of the results <br />show levels of toxic materials lower than CHPHE guidance. Areas that were <br />tested include the Recreation Center, Golf Course, playgrounds, and open <br />space properties. <br />Personal Property Debris Removal <br />o The attorneys from Louisville, Superior, and Boulder County are finalizing <br />details of the IGA. <br />o Staff hopes to have a final version for you in the packet posted tomorrow <br />for the March 21 Special Meeting. <br />o The County put out information yesterday about the DIGS groups <br />dropping their part of the lawsuit requesting a delay in the awarding of the <br />contract. <br />o The County has tentatively scheduled a webinar for property owners on <br />Wednesday evening.
