Caleb Dickinson <br />Councilmember Deb Fahey <br />Councilmember Chris Leh <br />Councilmember Maxine Most <br />Staff Present: Jeff Durbin, City Manager <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />Genny Kline, Deputy City Clerk <br />City Manager Durbin gave an update on fire recovery. <br />• The Judge threw out the law suit against the debris removal contract due to a <br />lack of standing of the complainants. <br />• There is a Personal Property Debris Removal webinar tonight for people to learn <br />how the process will work and what to expect. <br />• We are working on trying to find grant money for a building code administrator <br />for the rebuild and we are ramping up building staff. We expect building permit <br />applications to starting coming in soon. <br />• He stated that if people are adding sprinklers in homes it does not impact the <br />size of the tap you need. The existing tap should be sufficient. <br />• Engineering staff is meeting with Comcast, Xcel and Century Link to coordinate <br />rebuilding. <br />• We had a volunteer day at Davidson Mesa over the weekend and loaded two <br />truckloads of debris. Trail reconstruction on the Mesa will start next week. <br />• 28 people participated in a Museum conservation event over the weekend. <br />There are more scheduled in the coming months <br />• We are having in depth conversations with our law enforcement partners about <br />the reverse 911 and evacuations.
