City Council <br />Study Session Summary <br />March 29, 2022 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />• Beginning April 4 these study sessions will go to one day per week; Monday's at <br />9:30 am. <br />Most asked how many crews will be used for debris removal. City Manager Durbin <br />stated we are expecting 35 crews. <br />Mayor Pro Tern Maloney asked if the webinar tonight could will be recorded. <br />Councilmember Leh asked about the webinar last night regarding the funds the <br />Community Foundation has to distribute. City Manager Durbin stated he believes it was <br />recorded and he will try to get a transcript. Councilmember Fahey stated she attended <br />last night and it was recorded and they said they would post both the recording and <br />minutes on the Boulder County website. <br />Councilmember Fahey noted that over the weekend she got two evacuation notices for <br />the NCAR fire that were unnecessary for Louisville residents. This is triggering for <br />people. The dispatch systems need to be figured out soon. <br />City Manager Durbin stated it is our intent to cover the cost of any debris removal that is <br />not covered by insurance if possible. <br />Adjourned 9:50 am. <br />Submitted 2129122 Meredyth Muth <br />
