� itiyf <br />L6 Lcouisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />City council <br />Study Session Summary <br />April 11, 2022 <br />Electronic Meeting <br />9:30 AM <br />Mayor Stolzmann called the meeting to order at 9:30 am. <br />City Council Present: Mayor Ashley Stolzmann <br />Mayor Pro Tern Dennis Maloney <br />Councilmember Deb Fahey <br />Councilmember Chris Leh <br />Absent: Councilmember Kyle Brown <br />Councilmember J. Caleb Dickinson <br />Councilmember Maxine Most <br />Staff Present: Jeff Durbin, City Manager <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />City Manager Durbin gave an update on fire recovery. <br />• City Manager Durbin thanked the sponsors who donated to the breakfast in the <br />park on Saturday: Safeway, Paul's Coffee, Lamars Donuts, Giovonetti's Coffee <br />• Planning & Building is scheduling neighborhood meetings to get into the details <br />of rebuilding with everyone. <br />• Building inspectors are busy, they are reviewing 400 insulation permits for <br />smoke damaged homes. We will be bringing to Council a contract for plan <br />review services to help with staff capacity. <br />• Personal Property Debris Removal (PPDR) is moving forward, stillworkign with <br />FEMA on the eligibility of the last few homes, specifically those on Owl. <br />• Erosion control measures are being installed for PPDR. Next week the heavy <br />equipment will arrive. <br />• We are seeing a lot of requests to keep foundations, people need to understand <br />they will need an engineer to sign off on the safety of the foundation to keep it. <br />• Water/sewer service lines to home are being tested for integrity, all we have <br />reviewed so far are in good condition. <br />• The City's damage assessment has been submitted to FEMA for all of the public <br />infrastructure for all areas we are seeking reimbursement. <br />City of Louisville <br />City Council 749 Main Street Louisville CO 80027 <br />303.335.4536 (phone) 303.335.4550 (fax) www.LouisvilleCO.gov <br />
