All in favor. <br />The applicant, Anshuman Sharman was sworn in by the secretary <br />and gave testimony on the location, the nature of his business and <br />the desire for a liquor license. Michael Nuanes, also spoke on Mr. <br />Sharman's behalf. <br />After a brief discussion, Kaufman noted that the applicant was of <br />good moral character, there was a desire for the license to be <br />granted and that all City and State law requirements have been <br />met. Based on those findings Kaufman moved that the Retail Liquor <br />Store Liquor License for AES Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Centennial <br />Wine & Spirits be approved. The motion was seconded by Lipton. <br />Roll call vote: Lipton, yes; Carlson, yes; Kaufman, yes; Newell, yes; <br />Machado, yes. <br />G. Public Hearing — New Application: Louisville Watering Hole, Inc. <br />d/b/a DJS Watering Hole — Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License — <br />988 W Dillon Road. <br />The public hearing for Louisville Watering Hole, Inc. d/b/a DJS <br />Watering Hole was opened by Carlson. The Secretary stated the <br />application was complete, the premises was posted, notice was <br />published as required and no comments were received. <br />There were no authority member disclosures and the board agreed <br />that the boundaries of the neighborhood are the current city <br />boundaries. <br />Carlson moved that the entire application be made part of the <br />record of the hearing; Kaufman seconded. All in favor. <br />The applicants, Shivang Patel, Jatin Patel and Darryl Johnson were <br />sworn in by the secretary. The applicants gave testimony on the <br />location, the nature of the business and the desire for a liquor <br />license. <br />Andrew Sieveke, a Louisville resident, was sworn in and testified in <br />support of the application through the needs and desires of the <br />neighborhood. <br />After brief member discussion, Kaufman noted that the applicant <br />was of good moral character, there was a desire for the license to <br />be granted, and that all City and State law requirements have been <br />met.
