Distribution of Open Government and Ethics Pamphlet for <br />2022 and Fair Campaign Practices Memo 2022 <br />The secretary asked the board to review the two items included in <br />their packet. <br />B. Follow up on Mudrock's <br />The secretary informed the board that the establishment did close <br />as ordered. She is making sure she has proof of all the T.I.P.S. <br />training documents were received by the establishment. <br />C. Marshall Fire Destroyed/Damaged Businesses <br />The secretary informed the board that The Rotary was the only <br />liquor license holder with a business that was damaged / destroyed <br />in the Marshall Fire. She also shared with the authority that the <br />owners are very committed to reopening the business in Louisville. <br />D. HB22-1142 — Extended Service Hours <br />The secretary stated that there is a bill proposed in the State <br />House that would permit establishments to apply for a special <br />permit that would allow extended business hours. The secretary <br />said this was an informational item only and she will be tracking <br />the bill's progress. <br />E. Rules of Procedure — moving to March meeting. <br />9. Adjournment <br />Seeing no other business, Carlson moved to adjourn the meeting and <br />Kaufman seconded. The meeting adjourned at 7:24 pm. <br />
