Staff <br />has only made minor project updates, since a more complete revision will be <br />made in coordination with the retreat and strategy process. <br />Chair Adler call for public comment. There was none. <br />Items for Next Regular Meeting: April 13, 2022: Director Pierce said meeting will <br />need to be rescheduled. Commissioners advised the meeting could be rescheduled to <br />Wednesday, April 6; the meeting will be held in -person. <br />• Takoda Properties/DELO Project Update <br />• Future 42 Project Update <br />Commissioners Comments: <br />Commissioner Tofte would like an update from Future 42. Commissioner Smith <br />inquired about the scope of the project. Planner Ritchie said the scope is high level — <br />including lane configuration, multimodal, and any obvious impacts. <br />Commissioner Smith would like to discuss splitting -up outreach on the Fagade <br />Improvement Program at the April meeting. <br />Staff confirmed that applicants are open for the two vacant Commissioner positions <br />and advised how applications can be submitted. <br />Councilmember Leh relayed upcoming Council discussion of capital projects and the <br />importance of public attendance at meetings. He also encouraged residents to have <br />their home inspected for fire damage even if they did not believe they had been <br />directly impacted. <br />Commissioner Williams invites people who have fire stories to share them through the <br />Louisville History Museum. <br />Adjourn: The meeting adjourned at 9:18 AM. <br />Agenda Packet P. 7 <br />
