Call to Order <br />Todd called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. <br />2. Roll Call <br />Present: Dan Mellish, Megan Otteson, Josh Cooperman, Todd Budin, Seth <br />Adams, Tiffany Boyd (arrived 6:37p), Kayla Betzold- staff liaison <br />Absent: Lev Szentkiralyi <br />3. Approval of Agenda <br />Seth moved to approve the agenda; Josh seconded his motion. <br />4. Approval of Minutes <br />Dan motioned, Megan second <br />5. Public Comment 6:35PM <br />Deb Fahey - Davidson ditch fire mitigation — who's responsible? Davidson Ditch <br />Company sole responsibility. Fire department recommended we contact a water <br />attorney. Open space advisory board wasn't interested. Current condition- dried <br />and full of debris. Emily noted that Public Works has worked with a water attorney, <br />Emily will put in a request to Kurt Kowar (Public Works Director). <br />6. City Staff Update (Q&A) 6:45PM <br />Emily welcomed Kayla to the group. <br />Emily informed the group that the bag tax collection deadline is today. The sales <br />tax division has collected $1,200 in remittance thus far for first quarter. The funds <br />are for sustainability initiatives (outreach/programming).
