Staff determined the request could be approved administratively <br />without HPC subcommittee review. Improvements include: <br />o Flattening of existing low spots in parking lot; <br />o Apply two coast of sealant; and <br />o Re -stripe the parking spaces as they currently exist. <br />Staff recommends approval of the application. The space is currently occupied <br />by My Nature Lab. <br />Chair Adler called for public comment. Mike Kranzdorf appreciates this <br />program. Commissioner Smith said flattening the asphalt is a short term fix but <br />fully supports it. <br />Commissioner Smith made a motion to approve the application with Amterre <br />Pine II LLC.
