Mike Kranzdorf said this is a longer <br />lasting asphalt improvement. Because of the LRC facade improvement <br />program, it allows him to invest. He has more improvements in mind for the <br />property. Commissioner Williams thanked Mike for the investment. <br />Commissioner Harald made a motion to approve the application with Amterre <br />Pine LLC. Commissioner Smith seconded. <br />Roll call vote: <br />Commissioner Harald - yes <br />Commissioner Smith - yes <br />Chair Adler - yes <br />Commissioner Tofte - yes <br />Commissioner Williams - yes <br />Councilmember Leh - yes <br />Motion passes <br />• Facade Improvement Program Application: Tebo Partnership LLLP (a-) 809 <br />Main Street <br />EV Specialist Brown reviewed the application and proposed improvements <br />noted in the packet. The applicant estimates the improvements to cost <br />approximately $30,000, which would be reimbursable at 75% under the <br />program. Proposed improvements include: <br />o New historic front door; <br />o Recreate historic windows; <br />o Remove inappropriate brick veneer material and other non -historic <br />elements; and <br />o Add exterior lights at false facade <br />The applicant previously applied for HPC funding and already gone through <br />HPC review. Staff reviewed the application to ensure there is not overlap <br />between the Fagade and HPC grant funding. <br />Staff recommends approval of the application. <br />Agenda Packet P. 7 <br />
