Call to Order <br />Todd called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. <br />2. Roll Call <br />Present: Dan Mellish, Megan Otteson, Josh Cooperman, Todd Budin, Tiffany <br />Boyd, Kayla Betzold- staff liaison <br />Online: Seth Adams, Lev Szentkiralyi <br />3. Approval of Agenda <br />Agenda was approved. <br />4. Approval of Minutes <br />April meeting minutes were approved. <br />5. Public Comment 6:35PM <br />None <br />6. City Staff Update (Q&A) 6:45PM <br />Josh asked about the building codes meetings. The consultants will hold two <br />community meetings in June and August. They will share cost impacts and <br />affordable housing and equity impacts. <br />Lev asked about the plan for the bag tax programs. Kayla said the City has 76 <br />returns out of 208 businesses. The administrative costs will be changing. The <br />estimated administrative costs are $70k. The sales tax team is tracking <br />administrative costs. Lev suggested that the reusable bags be available at the <br />grocery stores in addition to City Hall.
