City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />March 15, 2022 <br />Page 2 of 10 <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA AND THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />RJ Harrington, 457 East Raintree Court, stated recent reports show the climate crisis is <br />clear and Council should not be afraid to act. <br />Josh Cooperman, 216 Griffith Street, stated that at the last Council meeting residents <br />asked that Council only listen to Louisville residents when making decisions. He stated all <br />members of the public should be listened to at a Council meeting and we should be a <br />constructive member of broader community. <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann asked for items D and E be moved to the regular agenda. Motion: <br />Mayor Stolzmann moved to approve the consent agenda as amended, seconded by <br />Councilmember Brown. Vote: All in favor. <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B. Approval of Moving April 19 City Council Meeting to Monday, April 18 <br />C. Approval of Resolution No. 14, Series 2022 — A Resolution Approving <br />and Authorizing the Louisville Revitalization Commission's Entrance <br />into an Agreement and Expenditure of Funds for Consulting Services <br />in Connection with the Highway 42 Revitalization Area <br />D. Approval of Resolution No. 15, Series 2022 — A Resolution Approving a <br />Services Agreement with Flock Group Inc. for License Plate Detection <br />Software and Hardware - moved to regular agenda <br />E. Award Contract for the 2022 Concrete Replacement Project — moved to <br />regular agenda <br />F. Approval of Two -Year Extension of Custodial Service Contract with <br />Mojos Cleaning Services <br />G. Approval of a Special Meeting on Monday, March 21 <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />None. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Durbin stated the recruitment for a new Parks, Recreation, and Open <br />Space Director has now closed and we received 46 applicants who are all now being <br />reviewed. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />
