Caleb Dickinson <br />Councilmember Deborah Fahey <br />Councilmember Chris Leh <br />Councilmember Maxine Most <br />Staff Present: Jeff Durbin, City Manager <br />Megan Davis, Deputy City Manager <br />Kevin Watson, Finance Director <br />Kurt Kowar, Public Works Director <br />Dean Johnson, Parks Superintendent <br />Rob Zuccaro, Planning and Building Safety Director <br />Lisa Ritchie, Principal Planner <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />Others Present: Kathleen Kelly, City Attorney <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann called for changes to the agenda and hearing none asked for a motion. <br />Motion: Councilmember Maloney moved to approve the agenda, seconded by <br />Councilmember Dickinson. Vote: All in favor. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA AND THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />John Pendergraft, 2559 North Franklin Avenue, asked the Council to consider installing a <br />bike path from Courtesy Road to Arthur Avenue for better CTC access.
