City'�F <br />L16Lville <br />oui <br />COLORADO - SINC : 187S <br />City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />May 17, 2022 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />6:00 PM <br />Call to Order — Mayor Stolzmann called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Roll Call was <br />taken and the following members were present: <br />City Council: Mayor Ashley Stolzmann <br />Mayor Pro Tem Dennis Maloney <br />Councilmember Kyle Brown <br />Councilmember J. Caleb Dickinson <br />Councilmember Deborah Fahey <br />Councilmember Chris Leh <br />Absent: Councilmember Maxine Most <br />Staff Present: Megan Davis, Acting City Manager <br />Kurt Kowar, Public Works Director <br />Dean Johnson, Parks Superintendent <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />Others Present: Kathleen Kelly, City Attorney <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann called for changes to the agenda and hearing none asked for a motion. <br />Motion: Mayor Pro Tern Maloney moved to approve the agenda, seconded by <br />Councilmember Dickinson. Vote: All in favor. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA AND THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />Josh Cooperman, 216 Griffith Street, thanked the City for working on projects that <br />improve bike and pedestrian crossings. He is glad that the City prioritizes these forms or <br />transportation, and pointed out there are other locations that could use improvements <br />such as South Boulder Road and Main Street.
