City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />May 17, 2022 <br />Page 2 of 10 <br />Timothy Lefoley, 951 St Andrews Lane, stated his concerns regarding the water fixture <br />counts and being subject to the water tap fee. He is concerned there will be a number of <br />homes that are going to have this issue. He asked what Council's stance was on the <br />issue and if there can be an exception for Marshall Fire victim rebuilds. <br />Tawnya Somauroo, 944 Larkspur Lane, encouraged Council to communicate about the <br />Wilderness Urban Interface Code and the recommendations for rebuilding. She is <br />discouraged nothing prevents neighbors from not using fire resistant materials when <br />rebuilding. She expressed concern about being required to rebuild wooden fences. <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann asked for changes to the consent agenda; hearing none she asked for <br />a motion. Motion: Mayor Pro Tern Maloney moved to approve the consent agenda, <br />seconded by Councilmember Dickinson. Vote: All in favor. <br />Mayor Pro Tern Maloney cautioned about the $1 million that is over budget for the South <br />Boulder Road At -Grade crossing contract. He reminded everyone that the City is using <br />reserves for these projects. <br />A. Approval of Minutes: February 1; February 22 <br />B. Approval of Bills <br />C. Approval of Contract between the City of Louisville and Core & Main, <br />Denver Winwater, Front Range Winwater, and Innovative Utility <br />Solutions for the Marshall Fire Water Meter and Appurtenances <br />Material Purchase <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann made brief comments on the water tap fees, the Wildlife Interface Code <br />and the how the fence issue can be addressed. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />Acting City Manager Davis stated the Private Property Debris Removal Program (PPDR) <br />continues, there are 94 active parcels with activity on nine of the 21 runways. The <br />notification process has been changed to address recent concerns. <br />The first rebuilding permit was issued last week. <br />
