DEPARTMENT: MUNICIPAL COURT 01-105-00-000 <br />DESCRIPTION OF DEPARTMENT <br />The Louisville Municipal Court, through State Statute, has <br />jurisdiction to arraign and try in order to determine the guilt or <br />innocence of defendants who have allegedly violated provisions of <br />the Model Traffic Code and the Municipal Code of the City of <br />Louisville.
