Concerning noise and the generator, last Wednesday night the generator was on for <br />approximately five hours, enough so that there were calls to the police department and Sisk from <br />nearby residents. It was like a train was coming through, not what Neodata had represented. Last <br />Sunday the 20 minute testing/maintenance of the auxiliary power generator went on for two hours. <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, explained that evening there was an equipment failure that <br />necessitated the generator to activate. It took some time for the broken part to be replaced. <br /> <br /> <br />
