Mayer moved that Council approve Resolution No. 18, Series 1997, dissipating part of the fund balance of the Capital Projects Fund for the future development of a community park and debt reduction, seconded by Keany. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote. RESOLUTION NO. 19, SERIES 1997 - CHANGING THE FINANCIAL POLICIES FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE Dianne Ray, Finance Director, stated that this resolution will update the City's policies concerning Revenue, Operating Budget, Reserve and Accounting Policies. Davidson called for Council questions or motions. Sisk wanted the Revenue Policies on the Recreation Center to indicate that the City of Louisville residents would have first priority on the programs. Bill Simmons, City Administrator, stated that the policy that the Council will be adopting at the next meeting will specify this. Sisk moved that Council approve Resolution No. 19, Series 1997, adopting changes to the fiscal policies, seconded by Keany. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote. RESOLUTION NO. 11, SERIES 1997 - CONCERNING A PETITION FOR THE ANNEXATION OF PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, KNOWN AS THE ADMOR ANNEXATION, AND FINDING THE AREA PROPOSED TO BE ANNEXED ELIGIBLE FOR ANNEXATION - CONTINUED FROM 2/18/97 Paul Wood, Planning Director, combined his comments for Resolution No. 11 and Ordinance No. 1246, Series 1997. Resolution No. 11 finds that the annexation proposed for Ordinance No. 1246, the Admor property, is consistent with statutory law. Ordinance No. 1246 would annex the 80.5 acre parcel located at the southwest quadrant of Dillon Road and South 96th Street. Davidson called for Council comments, questions, or motions. Howard moved that Council approve Resolution No. 11, Series 1997, on the Admor property, seconded by Keany. All in favor.
