City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />August 2, 2022 <br />Page 2 of 6 <br />Mayor Stolzmann asked for changes to the consent agenda; hearing none she asked <br />for a motion. Motion: Mayor Pro Tem Maloney moved to approve the consent agenda, <br />seconded by Councilmember Leh. Vote: All in favor. <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B. Approval of Minutes: May 3, 2022; May 17, 2022; July 26, 2022 <br />C. Approval of Resolution No 34 Series 2022 — A Resolution Approving <br />a Second Amendment to the Agreement with the Urban Drainage and <br />Flood Control District D/B/A Mile High Flood District d/b/a Mile High <br />Flood District for Drainage and Flood Control Improvements for Coal <br />Creek Drainageway A-1 at Garfield Avenue <br />D. Award Contract to 1st Green Colorado for 2022 Library Plaza <br />Improvements <br />E. Approval of Contract for Marshall Fire Perennial Plant Beds Project <br />F. Appointment of Two Councilmembers to Work on Annual <br />Evaluations of Appointed Officials <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann reminded everyone that RTD is sponsoring Zero Fare for Better Air in <br />August and all RTD transit services will be free for the month. <br />Councilmember Brown state he appreciates that utility bill inserts will now be in both in <br />English and Spanish. <br />None. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1838, SERIES 2022 — AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 15, <br />TITLE 16, AND TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING <br />FENCE REGULATIONS WITHIN PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS —1ST READING <br />— SET PUBLIC HEARING 9/6/22 <br />MOTION: Mayor Stolzmann introduced the item by title and moved to approve the <br />ordinance on first reading; seconded by Councilmember Brown. <br />VOTE: Motion passed by unanimous voice vote. <br />
