City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />July 12, 2022 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann asked for changes to the consent agenda; hearing none she asked <br />for a motion. Motion: Mayor Pro Tern Maloney moved to approve the consent agenda, <br />seconded by Councilmember Leh. Vote: All in favor. <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B. Approval of Minutes: February 15, March 15, March 21, April 5, April <br />18 <br />C. Approval of Contracts Between the City of Louisville and Hazen and <br />Sawyer and JVA, Inc. for The Utility Master Plan <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann provided an update that City Manager Jeff Durbin was back in the <br />hospital after his recent accident but is expected to be released soon. <br />None. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />STAND AGAINST RACISM PROCLAMATION <br />Mayor Stolzmann read the proclamation. <br />MOTION: Councilmember Most moved to approve the proclamation; seconded by <br />Councilmember Leh. <br />VOTE: All in favor. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 32, SERIES 2022 — A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLANNED <br />UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A 15,597 SF <br />FLEX/INDUSTRIAL BUILDING AT 602 TAYLOR AVENUE — continued from 6121122 <br />Mayor Stolzmann introduced the item and asked for disclosures; seeing none she <br />opened the public hearing. <br />Planning Director Zuccaro stated this is a request for approval of a final PUD to allow <br />construction of a 15,597 sf flex/industrial building in the Colorado Tech Center with <br />accompanying landscaping, parking, lighting, and required grading and utilities.
