<br />6/2/81 <br /> <br />Page - 4 - <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico <br /> <br />building would be constructed; also there <br />will be a studio, office and small warehouse. <br />Just to the east of this will be the two <br />dishes facing southeast and southwest. <br />He also stated they are having some difficulty <br />with the RR for an easement permit. <br />Inquired if the people that have been soliciting <br />home box participation were representatives <br />of Storer Cable TV. <br />Mr. Tenneson advised they were not, and <br />the fees charged by these people are excessive. <br />He advised there would be no installation <br />charges with their company and home box office <br />and 30 other channels would be available - <br />home box office service if purchased with <br />their basic service would be $15.00 per month. <br />He stated he had tremendous cooperation <br />from the administrative staff and expressed <br />his appreciation. <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S <br />3PORT <br />~TANDBY GENERATOR - SEWER <br />LIFT STATION <br /> <br />Each member of council had a copy of the <br />tablulation of the bids for the stanby <br />generator for the sewer lift station on <br />Centennial Drive. Administrator Wurl recom- <br />mended that Council award the bid to SuI lair <br />the low bidder. <br /> <br />SULLAIR AWARDED BID <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that SuI lair be <br />awarded the bid for the standby generator <br />for the sewer lift station in the amount <br />of $12,157.00. Seconded by Councilman Heier. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried 5-.0. <br /> <br />LDC REQUEST FOR 11EETING <br />WITH COUNCIL MEMBERS <br /> <br />Administrator Wurl advised the members of <br />Louisville Development Corp. (Downtown re- <br />vitalization) invited Mayor and Council for <br />a joint meeting at 6:00 P.M. before the <br />June 16, 1981 council meeting. <br /> <br />DON KAHAN - CENTENNIAL <br />VALLEY MALL <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci was of the opinion that Mr. <br />Kahan would be present for the meeting. <br />Mr. Wurl advised he would be here for the <br />June 16, 1981 meeting. <br />
