Therefore, <br />in his opinion was not a good alternative. <br /> <br />Concurred with Councilman Heier stating <br />that a tvvo year term was sufficient. <br /> <br />Conrrnented on the remarks made by Council- <br />man Meier as relates to appointments and <br />agreed with this aspect. However, he <br />supported staggered terms for continuity <br />stating that the City is growing and there <br />are many pending projects and continuity <br />would be important in making decisions. <br />If an entire new council is elected they <br />would be unaware of the legal procedural <br />points involved in the decision making, <br />It was his opinion that time would be lost <br />and there would be much repetition in the <br />process.
