~J/!J J IS' -,.~ ~/8l U Page -2- COUNCIL COl1MENTS Councilman Fauson Beer Garden Inquired of Attorney Joss if approval would be for the liquor license only, not the approval of the plans for the interior of the building. Attorney Joss advised this was correct. State Statutes require that a plan be submitted with the application. He also advised that Council's main concern should be with the zoning, and in this case, it is.zoned correctly. Councilman Fauson inquired would the proposed beer garden plan be discussed at a later date. Attorney Joss advised that it \vould be a special review use approval. Council Carnival Inquired of Richard Ross what evidence did he have that needs of the existing neighborhood were not being served. He replied the atmosphere of the establish- ment and to absorb the overflow crowds from the existing facilities. Mayor Caranci closed the public hearing. APPROVAL Council1l1an Fauson flloved that Richard Ross's liquor license application be approved at 732 Main St. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Yes Yes Yes Yes AUDIENCE CO~lliffiNTS Betty Foos Parkwood Subdivision Inquired if the City had an ordinance as to hO\l7 many people constitute a family for one home. They were having problems in their neighborhood with loud parties, etc. and was asking what the City could do to alleviate the situation. Councilman Cummings Advised Hrs. Foos that amenili--nents to the City l1unicipal Code were being proposed regarding home occupation and perhaps enforcement could be done by these and our zoning ordinance.
